Rain has many effects on people but why does it have to change people from being able to drive with a little bit of  respect and care to downright bullies and clueless morons?. When its raining all reasonability goes down the drain with the water, lights are put on by some but not by others, indicators become surplus to requirements. Parking becomes a game of getting the car as close to the shop as possible even if this means double parking and holding up everyone else. Seeing a pedestrian struggling on a pavement simply means that they are fair game for the idiots to plough through the flood and drenching the hapless walker.

Just slow down and show a little respect for others and anyway whats the hurry you are only going to get to the traffic jam quicker. Oh just because you own a "Chelsea Tractor" does not make you the godess of the road.
