This is my blog where I can dump all the sh## that really annoys me. It
stays here, I can get on and enjoy myself. It's like therapy, and you

This blog is a therapy box. I devised it to dump all the shit that really annoys me into rather than keeping it inside and having it silently undermine my mood, my health, my karma. I also wanted a place to write up tales of abysmal service, products that don't work (like the Mountfield lawnmower in my garage), stupid legal decisions, bad behaviour, public sector nonsense......
Some organisations do nothing with our complaints other than sit on them or file them under rubbish and continue on as before, taking our money or our votes or our taxes. At other times we just accept the bad service, and even leave a tip!
New year resolution. I'm not going to take it anymore. In the 1976 classic Network, Howard Beale persuaded people to shout out their windows - windows - computers - do you see where I'm going?
Go on, get it off your chest, tell, broadcast, fess up, shame, reveal that awful product you paid good money for. You might help someone else avoid it, just sign up and, who knows, the company you're annoyed with might actually respond. Easyspace, to their credit, did exactly this last year.
